April 17

11:38 a.m.: Bald Hill Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

3:53 p.m.: Danbury Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.





6:15 p.m.: Pine Ridge Road, brush fire. Report of a brush fire, upon arrival resident was extinguishing fire with a garden hose. FD personnel extinguished fire with hose and hand tools. Fire caused by accidental disposal of hot ashes.

April 18

8:40 a.m.: New Canaan Road, smoke from the building. Report of smoke coming from the building, upon arrival FD personnel found the boiler had exploded. FD personnel isolated power and fuel to boiler. Structure was ventilated, and metered.

10:47 a.m.: Danbury Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

11:40 a.m.: School Road, elevator alarm. Report of the activation of the help alarm in an elevator. Upon arrival, FD personnel found alarm was accidentally activated, no emergency present.

April 19

2:43 p.m.: Tall Pines Road, Weston, mutual aid brush fire. Wilton Fd was requested to assist the Weston FD with a large brush fire. Wilton provided personnel and equipment to aid in suppression of fire.

7:59 p.m.: Glen Hill Road, fire alarm. Accidental activation of the fire alarm system, no fire or hazards present.

10:01 p.m.: Ledgewood Drive, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

April 20

8:04 p.m.: Fawn Lane, investigation. Resident was concerned over fumes coming from neighbor's garage. FD personnel investigated and metered the area. Fumes where from a strong solvent being used by the neighbor to clean a boat. No hazardous readings in the air.

9:22 p.m.: Belden Hill Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

April 21

2:20 p.m.: Old Kings Highway, site inspection. Inspection of area for authorized controlled burn. Area found acceptable, resident informed of burning regulations, permit to be issued.

2:57 p.m.: Rivergate Drive, medical alarm. Accidental activation of a medical alarm, no emergency present.

4:00 p.m.: Brookside Place, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

6:46 p.m.: Danbury Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

11:30 p.m.: Village Walk, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

April 22

4:00 a.m.: Old Boston Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

10:26 a.m.: Thistle Lane, possible oven fire. Report of an oven fire, upon arrival FD personnel determined smell and smoke to be from a shorted out heating element. Resident advised not to use oven until it has been serviced.

12:53 p.m.: Cannon Road, fire alarm. Alarm system activated by steam from cooking, no fire or hazards found.

2:54 p.m.: Old Ridgefield Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

3:35 p.m.: Overidge Lane medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

3:43 p.m.: Old Ridgefield Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

5:04 p.m.: Danbury Road and Orem's Lane, motor vehicle accident. Two car accident, FD personnel assisted with treating one injured party. FD personnel also contained and cleaned up a fluid spill from the vehicles.

6:23 p.m.: Old Danbury Road, brush fire. Upon arrival, FD personnel found a 75 x 100 foot area involved in fire. FD personnel extinguished fire using hose line and hand tools. Cause of fire is under investigation.

8:49 p.m.: Danbury Road, fire alarm. Accidental activation of the fire alarm system, no fire or hazards present.

April 23:

11:45 a.m.: Deer Run, site inspection. Inspection of area for authorized controlled burn. Area found acceptable, resident informed of burning regulations, permit to be issued.

4:11 p.m.: Millstone Road, carbon monoxide investigation. Resident reported an activated carbo0n monoxide detector. FD personnel metered and investigated no carbon monoxide present. Cause of alarm, dead battery in detector.

5:17 p.m.: Old Highway, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

7:00 Danbury Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

April 24:

7:02 p.m.: Nod Hill Road, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.

8:01 p.m.: Wilton Acres, medical emergency. Provided patient care, assisted paramedic and EMS.
